§ 1 General
My services are based on the following conditions. By ordering the massage, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions without reservation.

§ 2 General services
The massage treatments take place at your request and are not a medical service. I expressly point out that no medical diagnoses are made, no promises of healing are made, nor are symptoms treated, as my treatments only serve general well-being and prevention. The massage serves to activate the body's self-healing powers and does not replace the work of a doctor or alternative practitioner.

§ 2a Thai massages are not erotic massages
I expressly point out that all massages offered by Sabai dee Lux Thai Massage are not erotic massages. I therefore ask that you refrain from such requests. If erotic allusions are made, the masseuse will immediately stop the treatment or massage and the full price must be paid.

§ 3 Restrictions on the use of Thai massages
When using Thai massages, health aspects must be taken into account. Certain illnesses or health problems can limit or even exclude treatment under certain circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse Thai massages or other wellness treatments in certain cases.

§ 3a Illnesses that at least limit a Thai massage
- High blood pressure
- Vein inflammation or severe venous insufficiency
- Pregnancy
- Fresh bone fractures or recent surgical interventions
- Accidents that occurred less than 48 hours ago
- Serious neurological or psychological disorders
- Diabetes mellitus

§ 3b Illnesses that generally completely rule out a Thai massage
- Cancer
- Acute infections accompanied by fever
- Immune deficiency
- Advanced heart failure and the risk of a heart attack
- Thrombosis and vascular diseases with an increased risk of thromboembolism
- Serious rheumatic diseases
- Inflammation of the muscles and joints
- Alcoholic state
- Alcohol, drug or medication addiction
- Severe osteoporosis and certain deformities of the axial skeleton

§ 4 Exclusion of liability
If the body is not used to massages, negative reactions can occur under certain circumstances, such as sore muscles, bruises, etc. If, despite expert application, consequential damage occurs that is due to a customer concealing reasons for exclusion, I am exempt from all liability. This also applies to damage that is caused by a customer not knowing the reasons for exclusion and not being able to recognize them for me.

§ 5 Appointments and appointments
In principle, every agreed appointment is binding for Sabai dee Lux Thai Massage and our customers. An appointment cancellation or rescheduling must be made by both parties at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is not canceled in time or a customer does not show up for the agreed appointment, Sabai dee Lux Thai Massage reserves the right to demand a fee of up to 75% of the fee that would otherwise be due for the service provided at the agreed time.

§ 6 Price list
The most current price list always applies. The previously valid price list loses its validity when the new price list is published.

§ 7 Terms of payment
Payment for massages is made after the treatment in cash or by EC direct debit / credit card debit.

§ 8 Promotional offers and bonus programs
The owner of Sabai dee Lux Thai Massage reserves the right to make changes to promotional offers and bonus programs and to terminate them without prior notice. Reduced-price massages, vouchers and promotional offers are generally excluded from the bonus programs. Participation in bonus programs does not give rise to any legal entitlement.

§ 9 Vouchers, validity and transferability
The regular limitation period for Sabai dee Lux Thai Massage vouchers is 3 years after the date of issue. The date of issue is noted on each voucher. In the event of a limitation period, Sabai dee Lux Thai Massage can refuse to provide the service. No cash payment is made when a voucher is redeemed. Vouchers are generally transferable. An appointment must be made to redeem a voucher and the voucher must be presented at the appointment.

§ 10 Final provisions
If one or more provisions are or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid condition is to be replaced by an effective one that achieves the economic purpose pursued with it as far as possible.
